Alta Gracia Missions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You can reach us at info@altagraciamissions.org.

Information we collect

[TODO: describe what you collect, e.g. the name, email and message you send through our contact and prayer request forms.]

Donations are processed by Zeffy (opens in new tab). We do not see or store your card details. Zeffy's own privacy policy applies to information you give them.

How we use your information

[TODO: e.g. to reply to you, send sponsorship updates, issue tax receipts, and pray for your requests. We do not sell your information.]

How we protect children's photos and information

The children in Hope Academy and their families trust us with their stories. We follow these rules:

• We publish only a child's first name and last initial, never a full name.
• We never publish a child's birthdate, home address, village or school. At most we share an age and a province.
• Published photos are cropped to head and shoulders. We remove anything that could identify where a child lives, such as signs, house numbers or street names.
• Original photos and family details are kept privately and are not published on this website.
• Photos are taken with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Sponsors receive updates through our local pastors. Sponsors and families do not exchange personal contact details directly.
• When a child leaves the program, we remove their photo and details from this website.

If you see something on this website that you think identifies a child, please email info@altagraciamissions.org and we will remove it.

Cookies

[TODO: this site does not set its own tracking cookies. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Fonts may set their own; describe any analytics you add.]

Accessibility

We want this website to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. If anything on the site is hard to use, please tell us at info@altagraciamissions.org and we will fix it.
